Raymond McGuire is the Global Co-head of Investment Banking in Citigroup. Previously, he was the worldwide Co-chairman of Morgan Stanley's Mergers and Acquisitions Group based in New York. A collector of contemporary art, Mr. McGuire serves on several boards, including The International Center of Photography (President), the Studio Museum in Harlem (Chairman) and the Whitney Museum of American Art (Executive Committee).

Professor Ronen Feldman: Special Advisor, Information and Research
Ronen Feldman is a globally recognized leader in semantic web applications, with a career straddling academic institutions and businesses. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University in New York, then becoming an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern Business School.
Dr. Feldman is the founder of ClearForest Corporation, a Boston-based company specializing in development of text mining tools and applications, recently acquired by Reuters.
He has authored numerous papers on text mining and information extraction, and is the author of the book "The Text Mining Handbook" published by Cambridge University Press in 2007.
Ruth Kaplan: Executive Director, Public Affairs and Marketing, Syracuse University
Ruth Kaplan is currently Executive Director, Public Affairs and Marketing for Syracuse University. Prior to joining Syracuse, Ms. Kaplan was a Deputy Director at the Museum of Modern Art for five years where she oversaw all marketing and communications activities for the Museum and its programs worldwide.
Previously, Ms. Kaplan was a Senior Vice President at Ruder Finn Arts and Communications Counselors (RF A&CC); Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts; Head of Public Relations for the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
Her numerous awards include the golden "AMIE" from the American Associations of Museums for "the most outstanding marketing program in the U.S.", and The New York Times Award for Ad Recognition (2006). She was also honored by PR Week for her leadership of MoMA's re-opening campaign.
Ms. Kaplan holds a B.A. in English from Goucher College and an M.A. in English and Drama from the University of London.
Wenda Harris Millard: President, Media Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia
Wenda Millard was appointed President of Media at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia in 2007. Previously she was the Chief Sales Officer at Yahoo! A seasoned executive with over twenty-five years of publishing and advertising experience, Mrs. Millard was formerly Chief Internet Officer at Ziff Davis Media and president of Ziff Davis Internet.
Previously, she was executive vice president of DoubleClick. Mrs. Millard has also served as president and group publisher of SRDS, senior vice president and publisher of Family Circle and executive vice president/group publisher of Adweek, Mediaweek and Brandweek magazines.
Active in the advertising industry, Mrs. Millard is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ad Council and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. She is also on the board of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She has received numerous awards including the AAF's Silver Medal Award as "2006 Advertising Person of the Year." Mrs. Millard was the subject of a profile by Tom Brokaw as part of NBC's "Women to Watch," series.
Mrs. Millard holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Trinity College.
Elena Foster: Chairman, Tate International Council
Lady Elena Foster, Chairman of the Tate International Council, is the founder of Ivory Press -- London-based fine art publishing venture dedicated to the production of special collaborations with major contemporary painters and sculptors including Eduardo Chillida, Anish Kapoor, Anthony Caro and Richard Long. The latest project of her publishing house is C International Photography Magazine, a multi-lingual publication that had its debut in January 2006.
An academic psychologist by training, Lady Foster of Thames Bank (the former Prof. Dr. Elena Ochoa), is a graduate of Madrid University. She was a Fulbright Scholar at UCLA and a visiting research scholar at the universities of Cambridge, Chicago, Krakow, Hamburg and Pennsylvania, among others. She was Titular Professor of Psychopathology at the Complutense University of Madrid for over twenty years and, as a Spanish journalist, worked for TVE, Radio Nacional, the newspaper El Pais, among others. Lady Foster is married to the architect Lord Norman Foster, with whom she has a daughter and a son.
Oded Gera: Financial Services Advisor
Oded Gera is an extremely accomplished entrepreneur who has dedicated himself to the advancement of culture, arts and aesthetics in their many forms. He is an avid art collector and has served on the board of the Jerusalem Foundation. Mr. Gera is the founder of the International Board of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and is also a trustee of the Alliance of Religions for Conservation. Mr. Gera presently serves as an advisory board member of the Robeco Sustainable Private Equity Fund.
On the business front, Mr. Gera was founder and owner of the Oded Gera fashion house, which became a household name in Israel. The Oded Gera design team was responsible for the design of nine different and parallel fashion lines that were marketed worldwide. Mr. Gera retired from the fashion business in 1990, after which he served as CEO of The Israel Jewelry Exchange, which was bought by a Public company in 1996.
Professor Jerry Wind: Special Advisor, Marketing
Professor Jerry Wind the Lauder Professor of Marketing the Wharton School, the Director of the SEI Center for Advanced Studies in Management, and the Academic Director of the Wharton School Fellows Program. Prof. Wind is the founder of the Executive MBA Program at the Wharton School and is widely known as an authority on marketing and competitive business strategies. Professor Wind has contributed to over 250 professional and academic publications and has authored as many as 20 books on the subject.
Professor Wind has been a member of the MutualArt Holding Advisory Board since its inception in 2003. He serves as a Special Advisor to MutualArt.com and is actively involved in research, development, and marketing. Professor Wind is also a trustee of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and an avid collector of art.
