Terms

1. Term of the Agreement: from the date of signature to the first anniversary of the launch date.

2. On behalf of Mutual Art Services Inc, (“MutualArt.com”) the owner and operator of www.mutualart.com (the “Service”) I am pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in MutualArt.com’s Museum Program (the “Program”) which will entitle the Museum to be eligible for the following benefits:

3. Subscriptions to the Service, at a discount of 100% of the base annual subscription price, to the Museum’s affiliates, namely the following groups affiliated to the Museum (“Museum Affiliates”):

a. The Museum’s staff, trustees and board members, for the duration of this agreement letter.

b. The Museum’s members, supporters, donors, gala and benefit attendees for the duration of this agreement.

c. As an option, membership prospects: museum mailing lists, guests of the Museum’s members, for a period to be mutually agreed between the parties.

The Museum undertakes and guarantees to offer the said subscriptions to the Service to the Museum’s Affiliates at the times and as per a communications plan to be mutually agreed between the parties.

4. Comprehensive marketing materials to facilitate introducing the Service to Museum Affiliates, including but not limited to: email services, artwork, logos, brochures, and copywriting.

5. A dedicated standard venue page on the Service linking to the Museum’s website.

6. MutualArt.com will publish marketing and membership communications as supplied by the Museum.

7. An account manager or intern to perform any tasks required to implement Museum materials within the Service.

8. This Letter Agreement sets forth the details and terms and conditions relating to the Program. We expect the Museum to indicate its acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Letter Agreement above and hereinafter, by signing below.
