Registration Help

We’re sorry that you’ve experienced some trouble during registration. If none of the suggestions below work for you, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us at support@mutualart.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

For all the options listed below, we fist suggest clearing your browser cache, cookies and web history. This is done as follows:

Clearing Browser Cache

  • Internet Explorer (PC): From the Tools menu select Internet Options and on the General tab under the Browsing History section click the Delete button. In the pop-up click Delete All.
  • Firefox (Mac or PC): From the Tools menu select Clear Private Data. Select the Cache and Cookies options and click Clear Private Data Now.
  • Safari (Mac or PC): From the Safari menu select Reset Safari, select the options you want, and click Ok.

Received an Invitation

If you have received an email invitation to join MutualArt.com and have clicked a Join Now or similar link directly from the invitation and are experiencing trouble, try going directly to www.mutualart.com.

Once there, click Join Now and in the pop-up, you can either:

  • A. Enter the access code (provided to you in your invitation email) and click the gray Continue button.
  • B. Select the Free Trial or Premium Annual Membership option and click the blue Continue button

Re-enter Information

If you made any mistakes when you first registered, you may have to re-enter your password or fill in any other information that may have been cleared. Look for any of the red error messages on the page to see what’s needed.
